Right of revocation
You may cancel your contract explanation within one month without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, E-Mail) or by return of the ordered products.
The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction in text format. For keeping the revocation period, it is allowed to send back the goods within the period.

Revocation results

In the case of an effective revocation, both sides has to refund received goods or achievements [and advantages (e.g. interest)].
If you cannot refund the received achievement or goods to us completely or partly or only in declined condition, you may has to achieve compensation. [It is not appropriate, if the declined condition of the things or goods is comparable reduce as usage in a local store]. You can avoid the compensation, if you do not use the things or goods like an owner and prevent everything, which impairs their value.
By returning from a goods delivery, you have to pay the cost of the return, if the total amount of the returned goods accord up to 40 Euro or the price is greater and you don´t have payed (also partially) the goods by the time of revocation. Otherwise the return for you is free of charge. The costs will bepayed by us. Things or goods that cannot be send by parcel services will be fetched.
